Two Liens

We need to clarify how many liens. Based on your description. It has two liens on the property. 1st is the tax(Judgment) lien. Judgment lien is always on top of every other lien. There is also a mortgage lien. The auction is to satisfy the judgment lien.  The further cost for you is to satisfy the mortgage lien.
