有效的中国探亲签证现在可以用来回国么？

请问大家，

我去年夏天拿到的去中国的探亲签证，回了中国一趟，所以现在签证有效（十年），现在可以买票回去么？父亲病了，我想回去看看。需要医院给证明入关么？有些什么需要用到的特殊手续么？

如果有朋友最近回国了，请赐教。
