You can take out 100K from IRA or 401K, , buy stock at the bottom and wait for 3 years, your 100K become 200K, then you put 100k back to IRA or 401K, no penalty or tax.  Wow!  you will make 100K! lol

basically, you can use 100K for free for 3 years, right?
