Hi, just a quick note, I was looking for a place for my brother, he's 70 and not very computer literate, and found your posting. He's an old HVAC guy and just moved up to Boise frm Reno cause the rents there are too high now.
I love what you've done with this property. The units look great, and inspite of the location, is a good buy for the money.
I stayed in a Terry travel trailer two years ago for a couple months until I found a job, and lived in several Nevada State parks, I discovered to my horror there were thousands of senior citizens hard camping in all of the parks in the area, because their rent had gone up, or they had lost their jobs and couldn't afford any of the places in the Reno area. So they were sleeping in tents and on the cold hard ground.
So thank you for going out of your way to help people the way you are.
