Quite some T4A people get to attend top graduate schools for free, while other people worked for 2-4 years and used their entire savings (plus a sizable loan) for their law school or MBA education.
The ground is leveled once again (money-wise).
So T4A is not a bad deal, in many cases - especially for the ones aspiring for a political career. Doing T4A is like making some good deposits to the bank of human and political capital.
