I have two tenants with very low credit score.

2. Check employment using a independent.

My cases of two excellent and very good low credit score tenants:

Tenant 1:

Wife's credit score 600 becasue 5+ foreclosure in a Southwest city. Wife is Fortune 500 senior attorney.

Husband credit score >760. Medical equipment sales.

High earners annual income > $400K

Tenant 2:

Credit score lower than 600 with two $0.5m construction loan over due.

His house was foreclored and later sold for > $3m.

High earner > $250K income

Both tenants have to rent because of low credit for mortgage.
