他说亚裔的脏话，都是在email字面上？

如果你想闹，你有他的种族歧视的语言，估计到法庭上亏不了。你可以查你们州的unfair and deceptive trade practice 条文，告诉他要么改账单，要么法庭上见。虽然你不能告他（因为你没有付钱，所以你没有损失，他有损失），如果他来追债告你，你可以反告他unfair trade practice，这个email到法庭上他比较难看。

当然，前提是你有一股气想闹。我知道一般中国人没有这股气，都很明哲保身，大事化小，比如楼上的建议。
