the food, energy, rent... are all going up fast.  The Low income families (>50%) are sufffering.  For higher income family, Food, energy, housing is only small portion of their living expenses.  So they are ok.

Some of my tenants are drafting towards low income...  family of 4 with $40k income is just surviving.
