A son of my colleague quitted his job from a famous magazine and joined an investment firm last year. He graduated from P and had worked for a famous Magazine as a reporter about 8 years. He had been dreaming to be a Prize Award winner since he was a small kid.

It is very difficult for him to live decently while his classmates in Wall Street could earn about 10 times more than him. His peer pressure is huge. When he wants to get married and raise family, he has to quit.

I know a few such kind of young people in my close contacts.
