关于回国签证，北京娃同学说家人已拿到5年多次往返，请多解释两句好吗？

新Q字签证似乎跟5年多次往返没有必然联系，昨天听代理说，没听说有人签出过5年多次往返的。

你们是怎么拿到的？我下星期也要去签，最好是签5年的。
