I'm eyeing on a HUD property in a master planned community, but not very sure about the whole process of purchasing. And would like to learn from your experience.

What is the cost to turn on utilites temperarily for inspection? How long does it usually take to get them on?

Is there option period for HUD sales? Same as other transaction?

Do you have any buyer agent that can help me with this transaction?
