Why I said in Principle.  DUI is an offense, but the law doesn't prohibit you from drinking or how much you can drink if you are not driving.

There should be regulations dictating what you can not do under the influence of drug. If you are caught, severe penalty, such as life in prison. By the way, I am all for death penalty.  Many details and scenarios, that's the job for congress.
