内外兼用的好东西

最近刚买了一瓶椰子油，可以做菜做点心吃，也可以按摩皮肤，甚至当发油用。这椰子油很有意思，温度低的时候凝固成白色，温度稍高点，就成了透明液体。平时我把它放冰箱冷藏，一大瓶要用好久。

我发现用它做按摩油很好使，味道清淡，一种椰奶香，按摩完了后，用纸巾擦去多余的，剩下就当护肤了。

我头发多且蓬，特别是洗完后。现在用一点椰子油在手掌上涂开/化开，均匀抹到头发中部到末端，头发就柔顺听话了不少，味道也比橄榄油更好闻。我还挖了一块，装在用完了的唇膏盒子里护唇用，反正是天然的。

用橄榄油和葡萄籽油的时候，总觉得隐隐约约地有股子做菜的味道，就不接着外用了，全炒菜吃掉了。

用过薰衣草油（好贵，拇指大的一瓶就二十刀），皮肤和头发没有什么具体感觉，但是香气太强烈了，我都快被熏晕过去。

还用过杏仁油，没什么味道，但它永远都是液体，具体操作似乎不那么方便，就留了一小瓶做卸妆油，真的很好用！剩下的大半瓶，考虑到它的营养价值，后来都用来拌色拉了：）
