look and feel should not be used so broadly

Sansung also sue Apple infringe their wireless technology where it has a distinct lead. This is more real. I am not saying they should win.

By same token, GM may have a great case against other car companies. All cars look more and more alike due to people's preference. If one day Ford and GM join hand (like Google and Apple now), they can kick all the foreign cars out of US. Think about the implication.
