C always has bigger swing than JPM

TA looks really ugly, but FA should be better than BAC. The CEO said in Feb it has over $60B idle, parted side line. That's why it tried to raise dividend and buy back shares. At the end Fed was not happy with that, and did not let C pass the stress test(if count the dividend and buyback).
