熏鸭 Roaster 问题

just bought a roaster from macy's, last one in the store, must becasue of the good price, $18.99. but not sure if it is good - it is quite big, not very good looking. still learning cooking, i bought it mainly for 熏鸭. can you please comment? i am wondering if i should return it before late.
