in the past three years. Rents are paid via bank transfer on the first day of the month. I did not even check his credit score when I decided to rent it to him. But I called the hospital for his employment verification.

I had a another tenant who just dicommissioned or left Mariane. When he rented the house, he wanted to repaint the inside and replace all blinds. He asked me if it is ok to go ahead at his own cost. How could I resist such a request?  LOL
