please advise on eviction (jy101, etc..)

I have evicted a bad teant today (lock out). There are damages in the property and all my new appliances (stove, refrig, etc.) are gone. What's the odds that I can recover the loss from court? Do you have experience or advise on how to recover the loss? I can see all the dirty and bad in humans in these rats. Am I going to vote to increase their benefits? No way.
