新建的房子发现设计问题？

我们买Builder新建的房子，现在房顶都盖好了，我们还从来没有见到过房子外观图。给我们看的由于户型房间不同，竟然根本不一样。今天发现屋顶盖的很奇怪，见图。

Garage屋顶设计难道有误？否则怎么解释是这么个设计呢？我怎么跟builder交涉啊？难不成我们花那么多钱买了个丑房子？

谁有经验指教一下，谢谢！
