Need help for buying townhouse insurance.

3BR, 2-1/2 baths, 65k townhouse, built in 1985, HOA $200, I called for home insurance.  The agent said:  set for 10k, interior only, (outside structure, HOA cover), 300k liability, $2500 deduction, $169 a year.  Is it worthy to buy?  for 10K interior?  Thank you very much for your help!
