Something people want to buy. Demand first, supply second People certainly did not demand war, not to mention the in-proportional spending associated with it. The food stamp is only a small percentage in comparison. There will always be a normal distribution with rich and poor on both, you have to live with it, no matter how much you hate it, so live and deal with it, and learn to appreciate what you have.
