It takes time. Under the special interest privileged ruling class, there is not much one can do too obviously and quickly. One has to take one little step at a time, e.g. CCTV’s New Year’s concert, Central Propaganda Dept’s recommended readings for members include Mao’s works, and Mao Zedong Biography from 1883 – 1976, Mao Anying series on prime time, etc. I have the feeling that the ruling class is slowly and quietly following Mao’s true teachings and instructions without mentioning Mao’s name.
