I am not sure whether Chang is a 叛徒 or not. As cautious as Zhou can be, yet Zhou commneted about a standing member of a Poliburo (主席不让说) to Deng that I can understand. But in the presence 卓琳? 毛毛 must have learned it from either Deng or 卓琳. Deng and 卓琳 broke the code of confidence especially on a matter that was no official decision from the Central.
