I am applying GC for my dad who is living in Beijing right now. The I-130 got approved. I got DS-3032 today, but I am not sure how to fill it out. We don't have a lawyer or agent.

-Techicanlly,this form should be signed by your father, the beneficial. You can be the agent/representative of your father to receive the correspondences from NVC. So, just put your name as the agent/representative and complete the form. Then, you may scan it and email to your father or your friend. then, your father/friend can print it out and your father can sign it and then, scan it again and email to you. then, you can send it back to NVC. This is the way most people normally do.  

Should I put my US address and my dad's name? The "Signature of Applicant" should be my dad's signature, right?
