A successful meatloaf dinner

1 lb ground beef ( chopped steak from food processor)

1/4 chopped onion

1 cup cracker crumb

salt/pepper for taste

1 tablespoon tomato sauce

1/4 cup stewed tomato

Mixed everything together, use pressure cooker to cook w/2 cups of water for 15 minutes,

cover it with paper towel and foil, drain the water when done;

Put into botttom of oven under boiler to brown the meatloaf till crispy on top.

Side dishes: sliced baked potatoes and steamed carrots and apple.

 

PS: I know you guys maybe not care about a meatloaf dish, but this one is real good and simple.

My hu*****and loves meatloaf cooked by his 94-year-old grandma before. She's amazing.

I'm proud to have wowed him with this new recipe today.Pressure cooker did a surprise.

We didn't even go to the table, just standing in kitchen finished the dish.
