Good reviews on Amazon. I think it should meet all my needs for fast and slow cooking.
Pros:
1: it combines both a pressure cooker and a slow cooker with adjustable temp.Save guess work on conventional pressure cooker.
2: it's stainless steel with a sandwiched(clad)base. Better conducting heat than simply stainless steel base and not as toxic as aluminim or teflon base.
3: it has a stainless steel basket that can hang in the middle for steaming,not contacting the heating element.
4: not as expensive and complicated as digital models.
5: more sturdy than digital models for heavy usage
6: safe if follow instructions well with the valve part
Cons: It will not shut down by itself automatically
Sometimes sears outlet store has discount up to $49, not at this time though.
