Loose tire rod?

Today I hit a pot hole. The car (2008 e 350) became wabble when drive. I managed to drive 25 miles home. The top of front tire (drivers side) tilted inward about half an inch. Took the tire off, could not see anything wrong there. Is it a loose or broken tire rod? Thanks very much for any help.
