Thanks, only bay area, LA and San deigo is good
and has potential in CA. And we can not get that deal in CA. I am not interested in Southern cali e.g. San Bernardino, River side etc.. It seems pretty run down over there. Phoenix is big. It is hard to say. Like Laveen is west of pheonix and you can get 2000 sf house around 80K but i am not going to invest in mexican community. I've been looking for a house around 100K for a long time in a good area. It is pretty hard. I take this as a investment property also as a winter home so I definately dont want to live in a bad area. Not sure about the future appreciation due to the new AZ immigration law.
