他指我在怀孕生孩子期间没有EAD。我申请了但是被他们错误的拒了，而没有给我发EAD。后来需要工作，我又重新申请了EAD。由此中间有个一年的缺口。在修产假期间。我没有任何BENIFITS。

-Did you work without EAD during that period of time? If no, just reply to the Intent to Deny Notice that you did not work without EAD and provide some evidence such as the letter form your employer indicating that you did not work during that perido of time and what time you started to work for the employer and then, stopped working when EAD expired and then what time you began to work with EAD again (including the EAD copy, and your tax return/W2 during that time).

 

由此中间有个一年的缺口。在修产假期间。我没有任何BENIFITS

-Did you get the salary? If no, you will be OK. Just do what I suggest here and you will be fine.
