If you just want to have the composing capability, use computer programs. Then, many MIDI instruments will do the job. Recently, one of the on-line dealers sent me a brochure, one of the articles explains how to choose digital instruments for different purposes, and lists the different types of digital keyboard instruments, including digital pianos. I will check its website. If I can find the same article, I will send you the link.
