make sure your D is OK, if you see any sign getting

worse then call 911. Both my sons had been in ICU because I thought it is not serious and even now I think back I am still afraid. First, what is the 橘黄色的puffer? second, if it's asthma and steroid will be useful. The third, there is a medication( I think it is Leukotriene modifiers) that Dr. use it to help with asthma and it is actually made asthma worse. the symptom is 咳嗽越来越厉害. OK, doesn't matter what your D has, if 橘黄色的puffer is a bronchodilators then it should help with 咳嗽 even it is a infection and of couse it will not cure the 咳嗽(infection). Steroid will help at first for infection and then infection will get much worse(for bacterial, not virus). my suggestion is: make sure it is not a infection which you can use antibiotic for a few days. the same time you need let your D use bronchodilators puffer. if it's cured then nothing you need to do next. if it is not working, then you need to use steroid to control the symptom. if my son had three attack in half year, I give him steroid puffer for half year(every day)to control the symptom. in this half year, if he doesn't have any attack, I will stop steriod after he use it for half year. I am not a Dr. here and you need find a specialist in pediatric(asthma) to discuss all those treatment.
