the district only pays for

facility, English curriculum and teachers. The chinese curriculum, teaching materials (text books, computer software, etc) are funded by parents donations. In other words, the state isn't spending anything more on our students than any other students.

for parents, it comes down to $700/yr per child, which is a steal comparing to private schools.
