Pro- An attorney usually has enough money to pay you the rent, I mean usually.

Con- if you want to go to the court with him, well, you will suffer a lot. If he decides not to pay you the rent and you want to evict him, not easy. He can find all the problems of your process and live there for quite a few months.

It really depends.

But, you can always write letter to the BAR (?) to complain. An attorney needs to take care of his image.
