Settlement Fee: $500 ---过高，cash deal max. 200 this is closing agent charge, what is the agreed amount?
Abstract or Title Search: $100 --差不多 agree
Title Insurance: $725---根据房价，可能差不多 agree
Tax and Lien search: $305---没听说过，不是含在tittle search吗？ the above 100 for sesrch maybe too low.. But two, not sure.. still OK seems, if have sound reason.
Estoppel Letter Fee: $75-----没听说过 don't know what is this
Association Account Setup: $200-------没听说过, Are you buying a condo? this maybe that fee. refundable when you sell? or one time charge.
Dec HOA Fee Master: $164----什么意思？December HOA?如果是该你付 similiar to above.. one of them should be refundable..
Recording Fee: $18.50---差不多, ok
State Tax/Stamps: Revenue stamps: $910---该你付 , this probably FL state charge.. NY has this charge, while NJ doesn't have this charge.
