If is it a slab foundation, most house in south west use this kind of foundation. Your repair cost could be as less as 5K or might be more than 20K depend on how bad it is, plus foundatoin repair will cause some damage inside your house, they might break your concrete slab inside the house, this will cost you more to recover your tile/hardwood floor or so on. So 如山 is right, if the discout is not big enough, just walk away.
