Does anybody use anthing other than Craig's list for advertiseme

Are there any other alternatives? Are they better?

In my case, there is reasonable amount interest, but if I can not get a lease after some time, say 2-3 weeks, shall I reduce the price? How much would you go down on price?

Since it is a single family house and pretty unique, it is a little hard to evaluate the market and be accurate on the price range. What would you do in terms of rent price?
