What will happen if didn't buy title insurance at closign day.

My house set up closing at 4/27. The title compay call me said she found there are several Lines against pre-owner or property, so she need my title insurance because she cann't find the insurance on my last closing documents. I checked my closing statement and found there is no charge at item of title insurance. I called my agent who help me closing this house at earlier this year and waiting him check all these documents for me.
