i did. the flight from Quito-Ayola costs about $350 - purchased in Quito. you may either take cruise from Ayola for any number of days, or make 1-3 day trips ($100-200/trip) to other islands. The bests: Isabella, Batolome, and the ones to the south (can't recall the names). Check LP for details.
