who has experience in using Bath Fitter?

We will need to remodel a bath room. Anyone has enperience in using Bath Fitter (shower fitter in our case)? Anything good or bad about it? How expensive would it be including material & labor? The other option would be remove and put on new tiles, I am not sure which one would be better and cost effective.
