Help! School district choice again.

Which school district will you choose?
A: Asian 70-80% in school, API 860-880 for high schools.
B: Asian 10-15% in school(a lot white), API 810 for high schools.

Will it be very challenge for kids in A environement? Some friends said then they will be well prepared for university. But will it be harder to get into university in A environment? CA asian is harder to get into good schools.
