Pay attention to this list-

1. All appliances: turn on the stove, dishwasher, washer, drier, refrigerator, etc.
2. flush all toilet, hot water, shower, pay attention to leaks .
3. Walk every where and listen to the squeeze sound.
4. Open and close all the doors.
5. Are all the paint tones even? Pay special attention to the corners of the ceilings.
6. Ceramic tiles level?
7. All the lights and power outlet. One power outlet can cause you huge problem.
8. Are the carpets well connected?
9. Ceilings-- must be flat. Look from different directions, pay special attention to the connecting part of the drywall boards.
10. Heating and cooling systems.
