我是加拿大公民，在美国持H1-B。如果回中国探亲，我的第一个Stamp of H1-B应该在哪里申请?

1. 据说美国在墨西哥的领事馆不受理第一个Stamp of H1-B。
-Not need to get the h1 stap there.

2. 是否我必须去一趟加拿大申请这个Stamp?
-Yes, you can get it in the port of entry of U.S. if you want to, but not need to do that.

3. 作为加拿大公民，我能否在北京申请这个Stamp?
-Not need to get the stamp there either.

4. 有人说加拿大公民的Stamp应该在美国口岸申请。这是指从中国回来时在美国口岸申请?
-Correct. You can get the new H1 I-94 when you come back at the port of entry in U.S. (no stamp needed) and tehn, you can work with h1 status again.

还是指去中国前在美国口岸申请?
-No.
在美国-墨西哥边境申请可以吗?
-Yes, but not necessary.


5. 也有人说，持加拿大护照以H1-B入境无签证要求，但是H-1B I-129的批准书是要的。
-Correct. bring the H1 approval notice, your passport and the recent 3 month paycheck stubs or employment verification letter from your employer (usually not need, but just in case)

谁有这方面的经验知道如何去做才是正确的? 谢谢。
