9月的RFE。 刚收到denial letter. 全盘否定我的case. 现在不知道该怎么办。

(2) motion to reconsider
(3) 干脆重新申请一个新的EB1B，可以吗？
上面（1）（2）（3）那种可行？
-Any one of these is doable. But you have to ask youremployer or the lawyer to do that because the petitionor of EB1B is the employer. Also, Appeal will take a long time (usually more than one year) for a higher authority department to make the decision, so I do not suggest you to use it unless you think your case denial was abolutely unreasonable. Also, if you re-file a new Eb1B, you need to provide something new. If you just provide the some materials, I do not think it will be better than the old one. So, the best choice is to file Motion to Reopen/reconsideration and provide some new justisfication evidences based on the denial reason.
Anyway, a good lawyer may be helpful.
(4) EB1B申请有次数限制吗
-No.
？如果不换工作地点，EB1B申请可否改投到TSC?
-No.
(5) EB1-B I-140 denial 影响 基于EB2 的485吗？
-No.
