Is it Ok to claim unemployment insurance (UI)? will it affect I-485?

Another general question: when does 5-year eligibility start to count if apply citizenship? from I-140 approved? or from I-485 approved.

If USCIS showed the processing date passed the date my I-485 application date, does it mean my I-485 was processed? or it won't change until 排期?
-USCIS can process your I-48 anytime, but usually they will not approve it until your PD is current.
