公司的Lawyer建议我去趟加拿大，但是不要申请visa, 说是这个叫做“Automatic Revalidation 30-day Rule”.
-I do not think this will work unless you get an H1 visa or you are an Canadian citizen. Actually, you can file h1 renewal application within U.S. to reinstate your H1 status (from AOS to H1) and this is very simple procedure (use premium processing to get it approved within 15 days). Of course, you also have no problem to get an H1 visa outside of U.S. to reinstate your H1 status if you want.
