cannt get offer?

I am currently working and looking for a new job, so far, I can get first and second interviews, but afterthat, it is dead...,it is kind of frustrating, and dont know what do I did wrong. anyone has the same experience, please share your thoughts, or any suggestion to overcome this?
maybe I am thinking too much... the problem is I have no motivation to working at current place at all. sigh, dont know what to do...
