If you really want to rent such a relatively new house out and not live nearby to manage it, you may potentially face some big headaches down the road in term of repair, maintainence, collecting rent and potential damaging by those tenants.Anyway, #2 seems to be a good one among the 3. Ask them why they have to move and check with their current landlord, verify their employment. Good luck.
