for brand name stuff, i was there for a month last year with a week in athens, you will be disappointed in the city, other than a small area and the acroplis, the rest is pretty run down. the islands are much better. if you can, go for a greek concert at the Herod Atticus theatre, the acoustic is fabulous.i got some fur though, very reasonable in price, a mink jacket and a chinchilla shaw, great for chilly nights when you go see operas.
