File both NIW and EB1 if possible.

But you have to have different templates for NIW and EB1 petition letters, cover letters. Anyway, because you have lower citations, no memberships and awards, better pay more attention to get strong reference letters. Good cover letters also are crucial.

There are no DIY softwares availible so far. For every single DIY case, you have to prepare, and sort out all the documents by yourself. Good luck!
