3-5 course lunch, usually don't need reservations.
For Chinese, unique ones like 山王(Tang Pavilion ), Shun Lee, Mr. K, etc. provide different dining experiences, expensive but worthwhile.
NYC is the capital of fine dining. Too many great choices and varieties.
